SMS verification terms
Updated October 10, 2026
Text confirmation is currently off. No verification texts can be requested or checked. These terms are retained for any future use of the text-confirmation feature.
Current enrollment
Select your directory profile, match its eligible personal mobile number, and confirm your account email for automatic viewing access. No text code or administrator approval is needed for an eligible match. Editing remains separately approved.
If text confirmation is enabled in the future
When text confirmation is enabled and you choose “Text me a verification code,” The Providers’ Well asks Twilio Verify to send a transactional verification message to the eligible mobile number you entered. Each request authorizes that verification message. Requesting another code requires another choice to receive a text.
This choice does not subscribe you to promotional messages. Text verification is optional: use Request owner review on your member page if you prefer an independent identity check or cannot use the number on file.
Messages and charges
Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency follows your verification requests, subject to resend and daily limits. Codes expire after ten minutes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Help and stopping texts
Reply HELP to the verification-message sender for messaging help. Reply STOP to opt out of messages from that sender. For help with a profile that cannot be matched, sign in at your member page and choose Request owner review. For a number that is shared, outdated, or no longer yours, use owner review.
Keep your code private
Enter the code only in your Providers’ Well account page at schedule.isle.team. A code verifies the link to a directory contact. The site owner manages hospital access and separately approves schedule editing.
Your information
The site records your consent with the request time and directory-link request. Twilio receives the destination number to deliver and check the code. Read account privacy for the information used by these account and verification features.
